Brian, I sent both controller and backboard to you on monday. Like I said, the local dealer said the controller was fine per his test. He had a 9 volt battery hooked up to it and showed me it working, however I would like you to look at both pieces and do what you think is best. Thanks. I am an outside account manager for a concrete accessory company and we are all about customerservice but you are raising the bar my friend. It’s so refreshing to have someone trust in their potential customers.
The timer is back in, tested (no chatter), and set to run.

Brian patiently answered all my e-mails and on-line questions. I finally mailed my sprinkler to AZ. The sprinkler was received within a week, fully repaired!

Brian, Thank You for providing this efficient and affordable repair service. it was less than 2 weeks from the time I mailed out out to you until I received it back. I have it installed and it is working flawlessly. I had been prepared to shell three times as much for a new controller. The first week of June 2018 is forecasted to be over 100F for at least 8 days here in San Antonio. Your fast repair has allowed me to get my lawns prepared for the heat. Again, Thank You!!! After reading the troubleshooting and Q&A sections I mailed my unit in for repair on Monday. Was notified Thursday it was fixed and received it on Saturday. That’s some fast turnaround. Hooked it up and works perfect!

my dial broke Rain Dial. Over the last couple of years it has only worked in one direction which would be counter clock – wise and with that when you turned it the dial would never land on the station or date or time that you were setting. Is this something you think you can fix. I think it is a 600 or 900 they look the same on line and I’m at my office so I can look later if you need to know for sure.
Hi, thanks for the question. I’ve been told you can contact Irritrol directly and they may send a dial replacement for free. Try that first; if they can’t help, let me know, I can probably take one out of another controller for you.

I cannot say enough nice things about Brian and his services. He always got back to me in a very timely manner in e-mail or on phone with any question I had, and he did the repairs on my controller in one day and had it mailed right back to me. If you really want to deal with an honest and upfront person I cannot recommend anyone better than Brian.
