1. Send yours in for repair – it’s cheaper, better for the environment, and you get the same warranty as a new one.  We usually turn them around in a day.
2. If you need something in a hurry, consider contacting us about a quick trade-in where we mail the unit to you first, and give you a deposit-refund when you return your timer.
